Thank you for understanding that the Edmonds Chamber is a small staff of 3, with just one dedicated to community events. We need plenty of time to plan everything! 

The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, who produce Taste Edmonds, are thrilled to be able to host vendors again at the 2022 Taste Edmonds.  

• Vending Time: 12pm-9pm Friday; 12am-9pm Saturday; 12pm-8pm Sunday
• Load-In: 2pm-7pm Thursday + 7am-11am Friday
• Load-Out: 8:30pm-11pm Sunday
• Booth Size / Fee:
   - 10x10 - $300 (32 spots)
   - 10x20 Premium Location - $2,500 (5 spots)
   - Food Truck/Trailer - $700 (8 spots - power included $300 value)
• This is an OUTDOOR show. Vendor booths on sand/grass. Food Trucks/Trailers on pavement.
• You must commit to all 3 days
• Overnight security provided Thurs, Fri & Sat.
• Refund Policy: If you are accepted to the show and later decide that you are unable to participate, we will refund your booth fee in full, if you let us know six weeks before the event (July 8). No refunds are offered to vendors who drop out or register less than six weeks prior to the event. In the event that Taste Edmonds is cancelled due to weather, an 80% cash refund or 100% transfer of fees to reserve spot at next year's event offered.
• Electricity available through CORT Power: you must register and pay them directly. Links & info will be sent to applicants upon acceptance. (power included in vendor fee for Food Truck/Trailer/Tented)
  **If you need to use a gas-powered generator, please note: 
  Per Fire Department Rules:
  Generators are ONLY ALLOWED if:
  • The generator uses a propane fuel source.
  • The generator uses the same fuel source of the Food Truck.
  
  Generators ARE NOT allowed if:
  • The generator has its own independent fuel tank. 
  • The generator need to be refilled from a gas can.

• Application deadline: June 20th
• Notified: June 27th
• Payment & Certificate of Insurance due: July 8 (6 wks. out). Application automatically rejected if unpaid /no insurance certificate submitted by July 8. With so few spots available, we need time to fill the spaces.
   

• How established is Taste Edmonds?
  • ​A long standing, beloved Summer event, Taste Edmonds started way back in 1982!
• ​What is the anticipated crowd size?
  • At our new location of Frances Anderson Playfield, we anticipate a crowd of 3k-5k at any given time. The field has a legal max capacity of 5k.
• Why does Taste Edmonds exist?
  • Taste Edmonds is a major fundraiser for the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, who in turn donate almost $10,000 in proceeds annually to local non-profits, service groups and school clubs. 
• Is there an entrance fee?
  • To cover the costs of producing the event, including live music & entertainment, equipment and activities for kids, the event is ticketed for ages 5+.
