With years of experience helping people improve their physical well-being, Grace brings a wealth of knowledge to share. We all know that exercise is important, but Grace will educate us on the mechanics of how movement and exercise affect the body, and give practical tips on avoiding common injuries associated with the workplace - like how to move even at your desk.
